Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is "do not take more money, that real shipping price in post-office". This mean, if order shipping cost $10 than we are take 10$. We do not put to shipping cost payment system fees, gasoline cost for road to post office, etc. You pay only that summ, that you need.

We ship orders within 3 business days usually. Insurance is included.
We using Avia Mail: 10-20 days, Traceable.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with received item, you should specify what exactly you don't like. Your complaint should be proved with at least couple pictures clearly showing reported problem. We offer partial refund, full refund (except of shipping charge) or exchange in some situations where it was our fault. Reasons like 'I changed my mind' are not subject for any refund/exchange.

All major Credit Cards and PayPal accepted, via www.ccnow.com service. After 3rd step of checkout you will directed to securely CCNOW page for payment. In 1-2 hours i received payment to my CCNOW account, and i send you email "Your payment received, and your item will be shipped in X days".
